On June 30, 2026, Dr. Prakrankiat (Champ) Youngkong, Founder of NPI, joined the panel "The Academic Engine of Health Tech: Talent, Research, and Support Systems" at SEA Health Summit 2026, Dusit Thani Bangkok — organized by RISE, SeaX, and Krungthep Turakij under the theme AI in Health and Longevity.

Sharing the stage with Prof. M.L. Chagriya Kitiyakara (Vice President, Mahidol University) and Assoc. Prof. Boonrat Lohwongwatana (CEO & Co-Founder, Meticuly), the discussion explored how engineering and robotics research crosses from the lab to real-world clinical impact — and the role of academic institutions in building Southeast Asia's health tech ecosystem.
